Fees and Minimum Attendance Policy

Note: All prices are correct as of September 2024 and subject to review as per our Terms and Conditions. 

We are not VAT registered and do not apply VAT to our fees. 

 

Registration and Deposit 

 

Registration fee: £65 (Non-refundable, to place your child on the waiting list). 

Deposit: £750 (To secure your child’s place at the nursery, subject to completion of Registration Form and Welcome Pack, and acceptance of nursery Terms and Conditions. The Deposit will be refunded as a credit on your child’s final term invoice subject to the Terms and Conditions).

Full Time (5 Full Days 8.30am - 4.00pm) Term Fees: £5,000 

 

2 Year Olds

Fees and Minimum Attendance Policy per term  

First Term

50% Three mornings per week minimum attendance (8:30am to 1:00pm, morning sessions include Coach Eliza’s singing and dance club, Sensei Ben’s Karate Club, Art Club, and Gardening Club).  

50% Five mornings per week minimum attendance (8:30am to 1:00pm). 

£2,400 

Second Term

Five mornings per week minimum attendance (8:30am to 12:00pm). 

£3,000 

Third Term

Five mornings per week minimum attendance (8:30am to 1:00pm). 

£3,000

Children can increase their attendance to full days when they are ready (your child’s Key Worker will assess this on an on-going basis), for an additional fee per term (see below). 

3 Year Olds

Three full days (8:30am to 4:00pm) and two mornings (8:30am to 1:00pm) per week minimum attendance. Morning sessions include Coach Eliza’s singing and dance club, Sensei Ben’s Karate Club, Art Club, and Gardening Club

4 Year Olds

Fees and Minimum Attendance Policy per term  

First Term

Four full days (8:30am to 4:00pm) and one morning (8:30am to 1:00pm) per week minimum attendance.

Five full days (8:30am to 4:00pm) per week minimum attendance.

Your child’s Key Worker will assess additional sessions on an on-going basis during the Autumn and Spring Terms, if appropriate, for an additional fee per term (see below):

 

Additional Fees (per term)

Afternoon sessions (if child is ready) run from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, and include Cooking Club, Coach Sean’s Play Ball, Art Club and Gardening Club. 

£400 for 1 afternoon per week. 

£800 for 2 afternoons per week. 

£1,200 for 3 afternoons per week. 

£1,600 for 4 afternoons per week. 

 

After-School Club (4.00pm to 6.00pm)

£150 for 1 day per week.

£270 for 2 days per week. 

£400 for 3 days per week. 

£525 for 4 days per week. 

£650 for 5 days per week. 

 

Hot Meals 

A hot meal can be included as an optional add-on for Lunch Club at £650 per term (5 x lunch per week). 

A hot meal for teatime can also be included with After School Club: 

£130 for 1 day per week. 

£260 for 2 days per week. 

£390 for 3 days per week. 

£520 for 4 days per week. 

£650 for 5 days per week. 

 

There may be additional fees payable for special items such as school trips or special events, all of which will be notified to you in advance for your child’s participation. This will be billed separately. 

A set of uniform – consisting of a personalised smock, book bag and personalised spare clothes bag – for all children who enrol for at least the minimum attendance sessions will be provided at the beginning of their first term, at no cost to the parents. 

Any further individual pieces or sets of uniform (such as spares or replacements) will be chargeable. The current costs are detailed in the Welcome Pack – please place all orders via the main school reception on 020 3371 1460 or by emailing info@bo-peenursery.com, if and when required. 

 

Funding – Early Years Educational Grant and Childcare Vouchers 

 

Some children may be eligible to receive Government funding to cover some or all of their Nursery fees. 

 

Where a child is eligible to receive such funding, and at our sole discretion, the Nursery will endeavour to apply for this funding on a child’s behalf. 

The following must be completed at least one full term in advance of the first term in which the Nursery can apply for funding for eligible children: 

  • Registration Form completed 

  • Registration Fee paid 

  • Acceptance of Nursery Terms and Conditions 

  • Welcome Pack completed 

  • Deposit paid 

We are also registered with a number of childcare voucher schemes.
